 Radu Lungu is a certified PMP and mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience in public administration, corporate security, and business management. He has held senior leadership roles supporting federal and state agencies, including the Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, Smithsonian Institution, and New York State. Radu brings deep expertise in program management, government contracting, and strategic business development across complex operational environments. 

 Dr. J. Nathan Rogers is a seasoned educator and instructional design expert with over 20 years of experience supporting academic, corporate, and federal learning initiatives, including work with the DoD, FBI, and DHS. He holds a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design for Online Learning and currently teaches graduate-level courses in instructional design, educational technology, and curriculum development. A published author and researcher, Dr. Rogers is known for bridging theory and practice to drive innovative, technology-integrated learning strategies across diverse environments. 

 Zhen Lin is an experienced Facility Security Officer with over 10 years of specialized expertise in federal government security and clearance processes. She currently manages and processes security clearances for agencies including the Department of Defense (Army), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Zhen is recognized for her in-depth knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security integrity and operational readiness. 

Michael Notaro is the Director of Operations and Security with extensive experience stemming from a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy. He brings a strong background in operational leadership, physical security, and risk management, having led complex missions and security programs in high-stakes environments. Michael is known for his disciplined approach, strategic planning capabilities, and commitment to maintaining secure, mission-ready operations across federal and corporate settings.

  Samora Charles is an accomplished HR Recruiter with over 10 years of experience specializing in talent acquisition and workforce planning across diverse industries. She has a proven track record of sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in both technical and administrative roles, supporting corporate and government clients alike. Samora is known for her strategic approach to recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to aligning talent with organizational goals. 

 Adrian Lungu is a seasoned Director of Finance with 20 years of experience working with some of the largest financial corporations in the industry. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University, a Master’s degree in Political Science, and dual Bachelor’s degrees, bringing a well-rounded academic foundation to his financial leadership. Adrian is known for his strategic oversight, risk management expertise, and ability to drive fiscal performance across complex organizational structures.
